If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the original appointment time will be charged 50% of the total appointments value to the card on file. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours prior to the original appointment time will be charged 100% of the total appointments value to the card on file. Records are kept for continuous inconsistencies. No-Show Policy: Any client that does not call and does not arrive for their scheduled appointment time will be charged a No Show fee of 100% of the total appointments value to the card on file. Five minutes late may not receive desired art. Ten minutes late will not be able to receive requested art. Fifteen minutes late will be considered a No Show and will be charged a No Show fee of 100% of total appointments value to the card on file. In the event of a declined credit or debit card for a Cancellation or No Show charge, any and all bookings will be suspended until the amount due is paid in full. No exceptions.
